단안 주시하 체위 변화에 따른 안구회선

목적: 단안 주시 하에서 좌위에서 앙와위로의 체위 변화가 안구 회선을 유발하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 원주렌즈 대응치가 -1.0 D 이상인 근시성 난시 환자 27명 33안을 대상으로 좌위와 앙와위에서 안구를 제일 눈위치로 하고 휴대형 자동 굴절검사기(Retinomax K-plus, Nikon, Japan)를 이용하여 난시축을 측정, 비교하여 좌위에서 앙와위로의 자세변화에 따른 안구회선 유발여부 정도 및 방향을 알아보았다. 결과: 조사된 33 Purpose: To determine whether cyclotorsion o...
