결막에 국한된 일차 국소아밀로이드증

목적: 결막에 국한된 일차 국소아밀로이드증 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 19세 남자 환자가 우안 이물감을 동반한 결막 종괴로 타 병원에서 본원으로 전원되었다. 내원 당시 0.5 × 2.5 cm 크기의 붉은색 결막 종괴가 우안 내안각에서 관찰되었고, 그 외 특이 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 결막 조직검사상 결막에 아밀로이드 침착이 관찰되었고, 결막 이외의 안구 침범은 관찰되지 않았으며, 전신검사에서도 이상 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 결막에 국한된 일차 국소아밀로이드증환자를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Purpose: To report a case of primary amyloidosis localized to the conjunctiva. Case summary: A 19-year-old male with a conjunctival mass and foreign body sensations in the right eye transferred from another hospital. A 0.5 x 2.5 cm reddish mass was present in the medial canthus of the right conjunctiva with no other clinically specific signs. Surgical excisional biopsy was performed. Histological examination showed amyloid deposition. There was no other orbital involvement apart from the conjunctiva. Abnormalities were not found in the systemic examination. Conclusions: We report a case of primary amyloidosis localized to the conjunctiva. KCI Citation Count: 0
