Summary:Objectives: The present study aimed to identify the association of life stress, with the self-efficacy and resilience of dental hygiene students. Methods: Data were collected from 167 dentalhygiene students from two colleges Busan. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheff’s test, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 26.0. Results: Self-efficacy (r=-.427, p=<0.001) and resilience (r=-.420, p=<0.001) were negatively correlated with life stress. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop a program to reduce the life stress of dental hygiene students' and increase their self-efficacy and resilience. This program should consider the characteristics of major satisfaction, health status, and self-efficacy to increase the resilience of dental hygiene students. KCI Citation Count: 5
