아파트 건설이 인근 초등학교 학생수 변화에 미치는 영향: 광주광역시 중심으로

지속적인 학령인구 감소 시대를 맞이하여 학생수의 자연적 감소 외에 초등학교의 학생수 변화에 영향을 주는 주요 원인은 도시개발에 따른 학교 간 학생수 이동이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 아파트 건설 사업과 같이 인근 초등학교의 학생수 변화에 미치는 요인을 분석하여 학교시설의 유지ㆍ관리 정책 수립에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구는 OLS와 MGWR의 결과를 비교하여 학생수 변화에 미치는 요인을 분석하였으며, 정비사업과의 거리와 초등학교 인근 아파트의 평균 경과 년수, 신축 아파트의 세대 규모, 대규모 개발지역 여부가 학생수 변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. In the era of a continuous decline in the school-age population, beyond the natural decrease in student numbers, the primary factor influencing changes in the number of students at elementary schools is the movement of students between schools due to urban development. This study aims to support the establishment of policies for the maintenance and management of school facilities by analyzing factors that affect changes in the number of students in nearby elementary schools, particularly focusing on apartment construction projects. Using OLS and MGWR models, this study compares the results and analyzes the influencing factors. The findings indicate that the distance from redevelopment projects, the average age of apartments near elementary schools, the size of households in newly constructed apartments, and whether the area is subject to large-scale development significantly affect changes in the number of students.
