대학생의 직업선택동기에 관한 연구

이 연구는 4년제 경찰 관련학과에 재학 중인 대학생 중 경찰공무원을 희망하는 학생들을 대상으로 직업을 선택하게 되는 동기 즉, 직업선택동기를 살펴보고자 하였다. 즉, 경찰이라는 직업군을 선택하 된 동기에 초점을 두고 특히 어떠한 세부요인이 중요하게 인식되는 지를 확인하고자 하였다. 따라서, 이 연구는 최근 선호되는 직업군 중 하나인 경찰을 희망하고 있는 4년제 경찰관련학과 재학생 중 편의표집을 통해 선정된 조사대상자를 대상으로, 이들의 경찰이라는 직업군을 선택하고자 하는 동기요인을 확인하였다.분석된 주요결과는 첫째, 경찰 직업군을 선택하게 되는 동기로 여가생활에 대한 기대감이 높았고, 둘째, 사회에서 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 좋은 직업이라는 인식이 강하게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivation for choosing a job for students who want police officers among college students attending 4 year police related departments. In other words, we focused on the motives of choosing a police force, and in particular, we tried to identify which subcategories are important. Therefore, this study is aimed to investigate the motivation factors for choosing the job group of police in the survey subjects selected through the convenience sampling among 4 year police-related department students who are interested in the police, The main results were as follows: First, there was a high expectation for leisure activities as a motive for choosing a police career group. Second, there was a strong perception that it is a good job to show leadership in society.
