마을 만들기 연구경향의 분석과 과제

본 연구에서는 2006년부터 2015년까지 10년간 마을, 마을만들기, 마을공동체, 지역공동체등 4개 키워드로 검색한 198편의 연구논문을 대상으로 마을만들기 사업에 관한 연구의 경향을 분석하였다. 논의결과를 정리하면, 첫째, 마을만들기에 관한 연구들의 경우 질적 연구방법을 사용한 연구논문들이 상대적으로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고있는 연구는 마을만들기 활동의 효과를 분석한 연구논문인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마을만들기 사업에 관한 기존의 연구들은 마을만들기 사업의 참여동기 유발요인에 관한 연구가 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 따라서 구체적이고 벤치마킹이 가능한 사업을 소개하고 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 마을만들기 사업의 성공을 위한 원칙과 방법론, 단계별 추진 전략에 관한 연구들이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This research examines the trend of community design project on the data collected from published researches about community, community design, village community, and local community from 2006 to 2015. This review paper is conducted in a content analysis approach from nature of study, method of study, contents of study is used as standards for analysis trend of studies. The research found as follows : First, it is discovered that qualitative studies hold a majority. Second, almost researches focused on the effects of community design activities. Third, research about the influential factor of participative motivation in the community design project is relatively inadequate. For these reasons, further researcher who interested in community design should introduce and analysis about the benchmarking study on community design. In addition, researchers should do the analysis about the principles, methods, and strategies for success of community design project.
