感染性心内膜炎に伴う脳卒中の臨床的検討
【目的】感染性心内膜炎infective endocarditis （IE）に伴う脳卒中の特徴を明らかにする目的で，IE の発症から治癒するまでの間に合併した脳卒中について検討した．【方法】IE の入院患者90 例（平均63.8±17.4 歳）を対象とし，各種臨床因子について後方視的に検討した．【結果】25 例（28％）に脳卒中（脳梗塞18 例，脳内出血5 例，くも膜下出血2 例）が認められた．脳卒中群は非脳卒中群に比し退院時modified Rankin Scale 3 以上の例が有意に多かった（52％ vs 28％，P=0.046）．脳梗塞は多発性の大脳皮質枝領域梗塞が多く，脳内出血は全例...
