陰茎癌に対する光力学的治療の経験
非浸澗性乳頭状陰茎癌2例および浸潤性陰茎癌2例に対してヘマトポルフィリン誘導体 (HpD) と励起光としてアルゴン・色素レーザーの赤色光 (波長630nm) を用いた光力学的治療 (PDT) を行った。組織学的には全例扁平上皮癌であった。HpD2-3rng/kg投与72-96時間後に治療を行い, 浸潤性の2例に対しては組織内PDTを追加した。光照射エネルギー量は60-300Joules/cm2とした。PDTL1-2日後には腫瘍壊死が認められ, 腫瘍は急速に縮小した。乳頭状増殖を示した2例にCRが得られ, 1例は40か月後の現在再発なく, 生存中である。他の1例は陰茎局所の再発は認められなかった...
