「はじめに」硬膜動静脈瘻dural arteriovenous fistula(以下DAVF)は硬膜動脈と硬膜静脈の間に発生する異常な動静脈シャントを病態とする疾患である12). 発生部位としては海綿静脈洞, 横-S状静脈洞transverse-sigmoid sinus(以下TSS)に多く認められる.
