Evaluation of taste is also important, in addition to this in the future. Therefore, in this research, we attempted to evaluate using small size and excellent portability cameras aiming at simple classification of foods by image data and multivariate analysis.
入院患者にとって，食はQOLの観点から非常に重要である．これまでは，適切な栄養の接種を第一としていたが，おいしさの評価も大切である．そこで，本研究では，画像データと多変量解析による食品の簡易分類を目指して，小型で携帯性に優れたカメラにより評価することを試みた． |
