Summary:To suppress the scattering of light in a transillumination image, a new imaging technique using time-reverse technique with phase conjugate light has been reported. We have proposed the possibility of biological transillumination imaging using digital phase conjugate light generated with a spatial light modulator. In experiment, we attempted to restore the incident light image from the light passed through a scattering layer. This result indicates that the incident light can be restored by the digital phase conjugate light.
