高尿酸血症は高血圧・CKDの発症・進展と密接に関連することがわかってきている.CKDにおいて,アロプリノールによる高尿酸血症治療は高血圧・腎障害の進展抑制をきたし,逆に高尿酸血症治療の中断はRA系抑制薬非服用群においてのみに,高血圧・腎機能の増悪をみるとされている.このことから,高尿酸血症がCKDにおける高血圧・腎障害の進展に関与する機序にはRA系の亢進が重要な役割を演じていることが示唆される....
