酵母Pichia pastorisを高濃度含有する廃水の嫌気性消化
酵母Pichia pastorisを30 g/lと高濃度含有する廃水の嫌気性処理を行った。廃水のVSS濃度が高いため、液化相とガス化相からなる二相式嫌気性消化プロセスを採用した。固定床リアクターを用いて液化の検討を行った結果、VSS消化率で評価すると中温条件 (37℃) に比べて高温条件 (53℃) の方が優れた処理性能を示した。有機物負荷1～2 g/l/dの条件で、約80%のVSS消化率を達成した。液化プロセスからの処理液をガス化するためには、希釈した後にガス化プロセスに供給する必要があった。それでも、80%以上のTOC除去率を達成するのに、1 g/l/dの最大TOC容積負荷しか達成できなか...
