The Treatment of Acropigmentatio Reticularis (Kitamura) Using Pulsed Dye Laser

Two cases of acropigmentatio reticularis (Kitamura) were treated with pulsed dye laser. The pigmented lesions disappeared, but the post-inflammatory pigmentation was remained. Pulsed dye laser therapy may be an useful therapy to acropigmentatio reticularis (Kitamura).
