荷重位CTを用いた外反母趾患者における母趾列の不安定性評価

Summary:Hallux valgus patient's foot increases deformation from too much weight put on a position of the foot and causes symptoms. As alignment of the foot is three dimensional, CT scanners that can scan a standing patient CT image analysis filmed in 3D form is ideal. We created a loading device to reproduce standing conditions. We compared a healthy foot and a foot with a hallux valgus and filmed foot CT of a weighted position and non-weighted position and conducted rendering of the images. We here report the comparison examination of the instability of the first ray by image analysis using the obtained images of the healthy and hallux valgus foot.
