肺アスペルギルス症の発症リスクコントロール要因 入院環境と抗真菌剤選択の重要性
[はじめに] 近年, 優れた抗生剤, 抗真菌剤の登場により, 易感染患者に対する感染症の予防や治療が飛躍的に進歩している. しかし, 依然として, 入院中に感染症が原因となり, 不幸な転帰をたどる患者も存在している. 特に, 血液内科領域では, 肺アスペルギルス症に代表される深在性真菌症のコントロールが, 患者予後に大きな影響をおよぼしている. 血液内科領域における深在性真菌症対策は, 適正な抗真菌剤の投与に加え, スタッフ教育, 入院環境の適正化など, 複数の因子を総合的に組み合わせ推進する必要があると考えられる. すでに, 内部環境因子では, アスペルギルス感染症対策として, HEPAフィ...
