分子生物学的検討も加えた遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌同一家系における大腸癌2例

今回,遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌同一家系内の大腸癌を2例経験した. [症例1] 41歳,男性.盲腸癌,胃癌の同時性多重癌の診断にて結腸右半切除術,胃亜全摘術を施行した.病理組織学的には盲腸の病変は高分化腺癌で壁深達度はmpであった.一方,胃の病変は高分化腺癌で壁深達度はsmであった.両病変とも所属リンパ節への転移はなかった.
