胃・十二指腸潰瘍における術式別にみた術後の減酸効果・胃内容排泄時間および遠隔成績について

過去8年間の胃・十二指腸潰瘍症例に行われた手術々式のうちで幽門保存胃切除術・幽門切除兼選迷切・幽門洞部分切除兼選近迷切および広範囲胃切除術について術前・術直後および遠隔時の減酸効果・胃内容排泄時間について検討し, Visick分類による評価を行った.術後MAOは4術式共5mEq/hの範囲内に減酸した.排泄時間は幽門保存胃切除術では65分と正常に近く, 遠隔時でも30分になり, 広範囲胃切除術では15分と非常に促進した.gastric stasisは幽門洞切除兼迷切群では84.6%と高率に, 一方幽門保存胃切除群では28%と低率にみられた.Visick分類では4術式間に差はなく, 良好な成績を示...
