老年者における脳葉型出血 特にアミロイド・アンギオパチーとの関連について
老年者の脳葉型出血について, 特にアミロイド・アンギオパチー (A.A) との関連を中心に臨床病理学的に検討した. 脳出血230例の中で脳葉型は39例 (17.0%) にみられ, 原因としては高血圧14例 (35.8%), A.A8例 (20.5%), 腫瘍6例 (15.4%) が多くを占めていた.A.Aによる出血の特徴は, 皮質を含む, 時に多発性の脳葉型出血で, 2次的クモ膜下出血を合併し, またA.Aに関連した皮質小梗塞 (しばしば多発性) が認められる事も稀ではなかった.臨床的には高血圧などのrisk factorが認められる事は少なく, 痴呆は認められないか, または認められても血管...
