Summary:Most of the power grid planning methods start from the system point of view, and design the planning model from top to bottom. This not only restricts the discovery of new rules, but also results in a single planning, which is not suitable for the flexible power system environment. Therefore, this paper proposes a new idea of applying complex adaptive system theory to the study of power network planning. Firstly, the characteristics of the complex adaptive system of the power system are analyzed. Secondly, combining the characteristics of power grid planning and modeling based on agents, a power grid planning model under the theoretical framework of complex adaptive systems is proposed. Finally, the key technology system of future research on power system planning based on complex adaptive system theory is studied. On the Swarm platform, the 18 node example is calculated, and the dynamic programming results are obtained. The emergence and development process of the power grid planning is revealed, and the effectiveness of the method are verified.
