Summary:Securing data is considered as one of our increasing demand in present time which is becoming a cutting edge for Researchers around the world. Process of securing data is still progressing but also gained a tremendous momentum. In this paper we facilitate Global Software Development in Cloud and present and compare various security challenges in Global Software Development (GSD). Moreover many techniques of encryption are proposed but our research and proposed technique of encrypting data gives us promising results. We have used AES (Advance Encryption Standard) for securing data of Global Software Developers in Cloud through which communication and data sharing can be done securely.
