Generation of normalization maps for pixelated pinhole SPECT detectors by scanning a uniform cylinder phantom
We developed a method for generating normalization maps for pixelated SPECT detectors by scanning a large uniform cylinder. Preliminary results with Tc-99m for a single-pinhole collimator show that this method outperformed traditional normalization maps from point-source measurements.
