Summary:For diesel engine high pressure common rail system, many complex and time-varying nonlinear processes are involved. There are many problems between multiple variables, such as coupling is difficult to establish precise models to achieve precise control. The working conditions of diesel engine are divided into starting, idle, accelerating, decelerating and parking by MATLAB, and compared with the results of genetic algorithm optimization. The results show that the diesel engine in various working conditions, HDP optimization amount quickly reach steady state within 10 time steps, which is better than genetic algorithm optimization effect, to achieve real-time optimization, so as to realize the precise control of all respectively control.
