Summary:This paper introduces an approach for suppressing power oscillation to improve transient stability of multiple virtual synchronous generators (multi-VSG) islanded girds under load fluctuations. It is based on distributed cooperation control, which makes the virtual angular frequency of each VSG match its estimated center of inertia (COI) frequency during operation. Simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the method.
