Due to the complexity and uncertainty in the industrial environment, electrical system failures are becoming increasingly frequent. In this paper, a common fault and the application of remote PLC detection combined with chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm formula in electrical system fault can show the problems and solutions. However, the realization of remote PLC detection shows that necessary condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are carried out to ensure the life safety of staff and the reliable, normal and university operation of equipment.
