Summary:Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) has serious signal conflicts on satellites. Therefore, signal separation is an indispensable step. Before signal separation, the time support of overlapping signals needs to be estimated. However, because the Signal-to-noise Ratio (SNR) of the received signal on the satellite is very low, many time support estimation methods are ineffective, resulting in the failure of signal separation. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a space-based ADS-B signal time support estimation method based on Multistage Wiener Filter (MSWF). Compared with the traditional method, this method does not need to perform Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), which reduces the computational complexity and improves the detection accuracy. In addition, using the proposed method combined with the P A algorithm, a good separation effect is achieved in the case of low SNR.
