역량기반 교양교육 설계 요건과 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구에서는 대학 교양교육에 있어서 역량기반 교육과정과 교과목 설계를 하기 위해서는 어떠한요건들을 포함하고 적용해야 하는지에 대해 탐색해보고자 하였다. 특히 대학 교양교육을 핵심역량기반으로 설계하고 운영하기 위한 요건과 방법들을 고찰하였다. 2015 개정 교육과정에 적용된 요건들을검토하고, 이를 대학 교양교육의 역량기반 설계의 기준으로 적용해보았다. 이를 통해 대학 교양교육의역량기반 설계 내용과 방법으로 핵심역량과 교양 교과의 내용체계 연계성, 역량중심 교수학습방법과수행평가를 중심으로 한 역량평가의 요건들을 도출하여 실제 교과목의 운영원리로 적용하였다. 역량기반으로 교과목을 설계하기 위해서는 교과의 영역과 핵심개념과 일반화된 지식, 기능적 요소를 포함하는내용체계를 기반으로 해야 한다. 또한 교수학습방법과 역량을 평가할 수 있는 수행평가방법과 루브릭등의 요건들을 적용하여, 교수전략과 평가방법 등의 기본 방향과 특징을 제시하는 것이 필요하다. This study attempted to explore what requirements should be included and applied in order to design a competency-based curriculum and subject in general education at the university level. In particular, this study explored the requirements and methods for designing and operating university general education based on core competencies. The requirements applied to the 2015 revised curriculum were reviewed and applied as a standard for competency-based design of general education. In order to design general education as competency-based education, it is necessary to consider the contents and methods. First of all, it is necessary to design a content system that includes content categories, core concepts, generalized knowledge, and functional elements of the subject. In addition, the competency-based subject design should include teaching and learning methods, performance assessments, and a certain rubric. KCI Citation Count: 1
