Diversity of Helicobacter pylori isolates expressing the major protein antigens and inducing specific antibodies in host

ELISAs were established based on recombinant protein antigens rUreB, rHpaA, rVacA, rCagAl, rNapA, rFlaA and rFlaB of Helocobacter pylori to detect the expression rates of the antigens in the bacterial isolates as well as the positive rates of the antigenic antibodies in the sera from H. pylori-infec...

More Information
Summary:ELISAs were established based on recombinant protein antigens rUreB, rHpaA, rVacA, rCagAl, rNapA, rFlaA and rFlaB of Helocobacter pylori to detect the expression rates of the antigens in the bacterial isolates as well as the positive rates of the antigenic antibodies in the sera from H. pylori-infected patients. And meanwhile PCR was applied to detect the carrying rates of the genes encoding the antigens in the isolates. All the research works is to obtain evidence for selection of antigens used in genetic engineering vaccine of Helicobacter pylori.
