HPLC法测定蓝狐胆汁酸成分与含量
建立测定蓝狐(Vulpes lagopus)胆汁酸成分与含量的高效液相色谱方法。其方法为:采用HPLC-UV法,色谱柱为Waters C_(18),流动相为甲醇和KH_2PO_4溶液,KH_2PO_4溶液浓度为0.25~0.35 mol/L(pH=3~4),等度洗脱,流速为1.1 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm。结果:蓝狐胆囊胆汁中含牛磺熊去氧胆酸(TUDCA)、牛磺胆酸(TCA)、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(TCDCA)和牛磺去氧胆酸(TDCA),分别约占蓝狐胆汁质量的0.010 1%,0.171 8%,0.039 6%和0.079 9%。结论:胆汁酸各组分的线性关系良好,本方法准确可靠,重复性好...
