阿尔茨海默病患者血清S100B蛋白和抗脑抗体浓度与认知功能关系

Summary:目的:分析阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清S100B、抗脑抗体(ABAb)浓度变化及其与认知功能、生活能力间的关系,探讨S100B、ABAb在AD发病机制中可能的作用。方法:研究共纳入符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第IV版(DSM—IV)AD诊断的患者32例(AD组),无认知障碍老年对照40例(对照组)。采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评估所有研究对象认知功能和生活能力,采用阿尔茨海默病评定量表认知分量表(ADAS-Cog)进一步评定AD患者的认知功能;应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清s100B、ABAb浓度。结果:AD组血清S100B[(0.66±0.17)μg/Lvs.(0.30±0.04)μg/L]、ABAb[(1.93±0.95)U/Lvs.(1.31±0.25)U/L]浓度高于对照组(均P〈0.01);AD组血清S100B浓度与MMSE总分负相关(r=-0.66),与ADAS—Cog总分、ADL评分呈正相关(r=0.57,r=0.53)(均P〈0.005);血清ABAb浓度与MMSE总分呈负相关(r=-0.57),与ADAS-Cog总分、ADL评分呈正相关(r=0.52,r=0.34)(均P〈0.05);AD组血清S100B与ABAb浓度正相关(r=0.51,P〈0.005),在对照组中并未发现此相关关系(r=0.076,P〉0.05)。结论:AD患者血清S100B、ABAb水平与认知损伤程度相关,提示S100B、ABAb可能在AD发病机制中起一定作用。
