大数据视域下的海洋信息化建设构想

美国的＂大数据研究与发展计划＂提出后,引发了世界各国大数据研究的高潮。我国也在近期将大数据上升到国家政策的高度,大数据产业得到全面支持。海洋大数据作为海洋综合管理的基础,对于维护国家海洋权益、准确掌握海洋状况具有重要意义。文章在我国大数据技术快速发展的背景下,分析了国内外大数据技术发展的基本情况,提出了基于大数据资产化管理模式、大数据思维模式、大数据可视化模式来构建海洋大数据平台思路,进而挖掘海洋数据中隐藏的＂智慧＂,全面提升海洋综合管控能力。...
