Summary: | This study examines the relationship between process management and product-service design, focusing particularly on the mediating role of education and training. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from 154 TAZARA management respondents, which was then analyzed using Jamovi software. The results suggest that process management significantly impacts product-service design directly and indirectly through education and training. These findings contribute to theoretical perspectives by emphasizing the importance of structured learning in improving product-service design outcomes. The study extends human capital theory and dynamic capability perspectives. Practical insights suggest that organizations should integrate process management with continuous skill development to maintain a competitive advantage. Additionally, the study underscores the need for organizations to invest in employee training to optimize PM strategies and drive innovation. Future research could explore additional mediators or moderators, such as organizational culture or technological advances, to further refine the model. |
