The method of bibliometrics was used to analyze the information reorganization research from different perspectives. This paper expounded the basic theory, division standard, information characteristic analysis and information service and so on, and summarized the theory and practice of information reorganization. The research of information reorganization should pay special attention to the information reorganization theory research applied to its practical research, namely, the problem of theoretical research practice, and further promote the information reorganization service politics, economy, science technology and social ability, effectively enhance the network technology and information organization demand driven information reorganization value-added performance.
