This paper proposed the construction mode and effective service strategy of university library＇ s govemment infor- mation register system under big data environment. Through establishing university library＇ s government informa- tion access security system, effectively integrating govemment information resource and providing multiple service of local government information for the public, it can better realize the co-construction and sharing of local govern- ment information.
