Under the ubiquitous network, the focus of the construction of digital library will be leaded by user＇ s needs, differ- ent from the major of the resource. The digital library of open, participation and ubiquitous, mainly from five aspects of construction： literature information self-service, digitalized information resources, integrated retrieval service, virtual the navigation service, mobile the reader service. The measures to improve the service quality of documentary information in library.
