Under the ＂Internet ＋＂ situation, precision service should become the pursuing goal of university library. This paper analyzed the connotation, function and significance of precision service. Precision service suits the ＂Internet ＋＂ ecological strategy for exactly meeting reader＇ s need, precis allocation of resource, careful service for readers. It also put forward the implementation path of precision service based on ＂Internet ＋＂, including cross-border integration,interconnection, data mining and service innovation.
