Some new characteristics of agricultural information resource sharing in network era have presented, which played a role in promoting agricultural development. Agricultural information resource sharing was not only involved the related technical problems, but also needed to have a sound mechanism as the guarantee. Taking Gansu province as an example, the study expounded the requirements and characteristics of agricultural information resource sharing in network era, and analyzed its situation and existing problems. On this basis, it put forward the strategies for constructing agricultural information resource sharing platform in Gansu province.
