Through the analysis of the problem of ＂supply and demand＂ between University Library and enterprises in the information service,a new model of this services was proposed in this paper,which is to establish a University Library Service Alliance,to collect the characteristic resources and excellent librarian,and to be service teams for providing ＂one-stop＂ service for enterprise.
