In order to meet the personalized reading needs of readers' self-service in the library, university libraries need to construct self-service information service platform by integrating network resource, increasing self-service book machine, creating digital reading space and perfecting self option service, and expand service areas and space to let reader experience the library convenient with humanization, intellectualization and self-support, and play the important role as the literature resource centers and information service centers.
