燕麦麸β-葡聚糖降血糖及抗氧化作用研究

Abstract_FL Objective To study the effects of oat bran β-glucan on hyooglycemic and antioxidant. Methods The mice were divided into normal group and model group. The models of experimental diabetes were built by injecting Alloxan in mouse. The body weight, food intake, water intake, blood glucose levels, the glucose tolerance, superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver, and organ index of mice were analyzed. Results The high dosage group could reduce the average amount ingestion and water intake and increase the average weight of diabetic mice obviously, and the glucose levels of high dosage group were 25.39%. Oat bran β-glucan made no significant effect on normal mice’s weight, water intake, food intake, blood glucose level, and glucose tolerance. Compared with control group, model group in mice the area under blood glucose curve, SOD, and GSH-PX activity were increased significantly, and the body MDA content was decreased significantly. Conclusion The results indicate that oat bran β-glucan has no effect on normal mice but can decrease the blood glucose levels of diabetic mice and improve the antioxidant capacity of diabetic mice.
