Starting from the present situation and problems of subject librarian' s job training, learning path map were put for- ward to set up a job training system for subject librarian. The advantages of learning path map were illustrated from the aspects, including that studying law made the ability of subject librarian more stable, setting milestones built the self-confidence of subject librarian, studying for using improved subject librarian's practical ability, and instructional self-study improved the efficiency of self-study. It concluded that learning path map was the efficient solution for the existing problems of subject librarian' s job training.
