高校图书馆绩效管理体系建设探究

针对当前高校图书馆绩效管理工作的现状进行分析,从高校图书馆整体工作目标出发,识别在实际的绩效管理中存在的问题与不足,参考各行业绩效管理工作优秀实践,形成针对高校图书馆绩效管理体系建设的改进思路与策略。

This paper analyzed the status of performance management system in university library, and recognized the problems and weakness during actual performance managing based on the overall target of university library, and formed the modified idea and policy aiming at the construction of performance management in university library by referring the excellent practice of various industries＇ performance management.
