University library is the basis and support base of school teaching, scientific research and talent growth, which has played an important role in innovative education. From the perspective of talent demand, this paper analyzed the significance of university library in providing innovative education, and its environmental advantages, resource ad- vantages and talent advantages, and proposed the paths of university library to provide information service for innovative education.
