Bibliography:In order to assess the risk status of land transfers during the development of rural tourism,a proper indexing system is of great significance.Based on the analysis of land transfer’s risk system during the development of rural tourism,this study attempts to construct an assessment indexing system for land transfer during the development of rural tourism,which includes4layers and16specific indexes.The authors put forward a set of initial evaluation criteria by summarizing related studies.Then,they determine importance and availability using expert investigation methods.Finally,they develop the final assessment indexing system using the grey statistical method.
