地方性农业科技期刊创新发展的模式构建——以福建省农业科学院院属农业科技期刊为例

中国农业科技期刊特别是地方性农业科技期刊因长期以来体制延袭．普遍存在市场竞争力不强、生存能力弱的现象。概述地方性农业科技期刊在创新发展过程中存在问题的基础上，分析了促进期刊发展的有利趋势。并以福建省农业科学院院属农业科技期刊为例，提出构建地方性农业科技期刊创新发展的优化模式：（1）理顺关系，集群院属期刊；（2）分类整合资源，集团化管理；（3）政府扶持下实现经营多样化；（4）立足特色，构筑品牌；（5）坚持学术诚信，提高品质；（6）团队建设，提高办刊人的积极性。...

Thanks to the agricultural situation and system established long time ago in China, the agricultural sci-tech journals, especially the local agricultural technology journals of China were popularly with poor market competitiveness and easy to go bankrupt. By summarizing the problems existed in the development of local sci-tech journals, the advan- tages for development were corresponding analyzed in this article.
