依据网络可查询资源对国内24所农业大学图书馆学科馆员制度的建设现状进行了调研，并对湖南农业大学、华南农业大学、沈阳农业大学等校师生进行了学科馆员制度现状的问卷调查。调研结果显示国内农业大学图书馆学科馆员制度起步较晚，人才缺乏，总体建设较落后，农业大学师生对图书馆学科馆员制度的认知程度低，据此笔者在本文中提出了相应的改进意见。...

This paper investigated construction status of Subject Librarian System of 24 Agricultural University in China, which based on the network query resource. And questionnaire investigation of status of the Subject Librarian Sys- tem was done to teachers and students in Hunan Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, Shenyang Agricultural University. The survey results showed that Library Subject Librarian System started relative- ly late and backward, lack professionals in Agricultural University of China. Teachers and students of Agricultural University were less cognitive of library subject librarian system .So the writer put forward the related improving ideas in this paper.
