Subject librarian ＂and＂ subject services＂ in the International library Circle is a kind of advanced concept to run a li- brary and a new service mode. Establishing the subject librarian system is the University Library service innovation and development requirements, also to improve the core competitive power of University Library and the quality of service. In this paper, based on the analysis of the construction of Subject Librarians of university library informa- tion service model is the best mode of information service, puts forward that university library should establish the information service mode based on the subject librarian construction, and the information service of subject librarian mode ＂two-way working target＂.
