As a practical application of cloud computing, big data plays a more and more important role in the carrier＇s operations. With the high-speed development of mobile internet, the challenges faced by the carriers were analyzed, and then the importance and necessity of constructing a business precise operating platform based on big data was promoted. Also, the new business network architecture with the introduction of such a big data platform was suggested. Some ideas and methods of how to build such a precise operating platform based on big data were suggested as well.
