菊米超临界CO2萃取物的气相色谱-质谱分析及其抑菌活性

用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography—mass spectrometry,GC-MS)对通过超临界C02萃取的菊米精油成分进行分析,并通过测定其抑菌圈直径判断其抑菌活性.结果表明:经GC—MS分析在菊米精油中共鉴定出28个相似度在70%以上的成分,以萜类及其衍生物为主,其中萜类主要为单萜和倍半萜,其衍生物主要为醇;菊米精油对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有一定的抑菌效果,其最小抑菌质量浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)为1.6mg/mL,显示出良好的抑菌活性....
