甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：选择泰安市新汶矿业集团中心医院2013年8月—2015年8月期间收治的接受2型糖尿病治疗的患者124例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。观察组患者给予甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组患者给予预混胰岛素治疗,2组患者均以7 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果：治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖为（5.65±1.30）mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为（7.78±2.33）mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白为（6.55±1.64）mmol/L,低血糖发生率为1.61%（1/62）,对照组分别为（5.87±1.34）、（8....

Summary:目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：选择泰安市新汶矿业集团中心医院2013年8月—2015年8月期间收治的接受2型糖尿病治疗的患者124例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。观察组患者给予甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组患者给予预混胰岛素治疗,2组患者均以7 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果：治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖为（5.65±1.30）mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为（7.78±2.33）mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白为（6.55±1.64）mmol/L,低血糖发生率为1.61%（1/62）,对照组分别为（5.87±1.34）、（8.42±2.98）、（7.28±1.54）mmol/L及9.68%（6/62）,2组的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率为96.77%（60/62）,对照组为90.32%（56/62）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病,可改善患者各项临床治疗指标、降低低血糖发生率,效果理想,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes.METHODS：124 cases of type 2 diabetes admitted into Tai＇an Municipal Xinwen Mining Group Central Hospital from Aug.2013 to Aug.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the order for entering into the hospital,with 62 cases in each.The observation group were treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide,while control group received premixed insulin therapy;7 d for a treatment course,totally3 courses.RESULTS：After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of observation group was（5.65 ± 1.30） mmol / L,blood sugar 2 hours after meal was（7.78 ± 2.33） mmol / L,glycated hemoglobin was（6.55 ± 1.64） mmol / L and incidence of hypoglycemia was 1.61%（1 /62）;as for control group,the data were
